Simple, transparent terms for waitlist members, founding access, and preview users. Last updated: September 2026.
Zero model training, sample-accurate attribution, and guaranteed purge-on-demand pipelines.
1. The Waitlist & Early Access
Joining the ConcertCut waitlist gives you priority access to the platform as capacity opens. Waitlist entry does not guarantee an immediate invitation date, as invitations roll out sequentially to maintain processing performance.
2. Founding Member Offer & Free Show Processing
Founding members joining through the pre-launch waitlist qualify for one (1) continuous live performance show processed free of charge upon public early access. The free show offer covers up to 90 minutes of continuous performance across up to 4 camera angles. Other technical limitations and fair use guidelines apply. Founding subscription rates apply for active pre-launch waitlist members.
3. Content Ownership & IP
You retain 100% ownership of your art. All raw audio recordings, video footage, setlists, and finished master outputs remain the exclusive intellectual property of the artist, videographer, or rights holder. ConcertCut claims no ownership rights, copyrights, or distribution rights to any content you upload.
We do not train public generative models on your music, video, or likeness. Your content is processed strictly to generate your master files and social cuts.
4. Service Availability & Pre-Launch Status
During pre-launch and early access, ConcertCut is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for sample-accurate audio mastering and broadcast-quality multicam editing, features and performance parameters may evolve prior to general commercial release.
5. Termination & Data Removal
You may cancel your account or request complete removal of your waitlist submission at any time. When you request data deletion or delete a project, raw source footage and rendered outputs are permanently purged from our processing systems.
