Short version: we collect your email to tell you about the launch, and nothing else. Last updated: August 2026.

Section // 01 STATE: ACTIVE PRE-LAUNCH

What we collect right now

During pre-launch, the personal data this site collects is the email address and optional role (e.g. band, solo artist, videographer, audio engineer) you voluntarily submit to the waitlist form, together with which page you submitted it from.

We use it to customize your early access invitation and notify you about launch. That's the whole list.

No sale or sharing of your email with third parties for their marketing campaigns.

track_changes

No Ad Trackers

No advertising trackers or invasive cross-site profiling engines loaded on this domain.

Section // 03 COOKIE_STORE: EMPTY

Cookies & analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own.

If we add privacy-respecting page analytics before launch, this page will say so first. No third-party behavioral analytics or remarketing pixels execute on your browser.

Section // 04 CORE ARCHITECTURE

When the product launches

ConcertCut processes your footage and audio to produce your masters. Our standing commitments, which will be formalized in the launch terms of service:

Your content is yours

Footage in, masters out — ownership never transfers. You retain 100% of all master recording copyrights, visual IP, and distribution rights.

lock_clock

No training on your content

Your recordings are never used to train public or foundational machine learning models. Video and stems are processed solely to deliver your specific cut.

delete_sweep

Deletion means deletion

Removing a show removes its media from our systems. Stored raw multicam reels, isolated stems, and intermediate rendering caches are permanently purged.

Section // 05 DISPATCH: REVOCABLE

Unsubscribing & deletion

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To have your address removed from the waitlist entirely, reply to any of our emails with "delete" and we'll confirm removal.

REPLY: "delete" → Immediate pipeline purge
